A new way forward for short-term leasing.
AnySpaces is an exciting new online marketplace transforming the booking process for pop-up spaces. Listers and Bookers of sites can transact directly with each other, offering a radically faster, cheaper, and more efficient system than that which is currently available in the industry.

The platform offers Listers the potential of thousands of interested renters instantly, and offers Bookers thousands of suitable spaces to match their search criteria. The processes of searching applying, licensing and contracts, payments, checking in and out of venues, and feedback - are simplified and automated.

Beginning in Australia, the platform will be rolled out to other AsiaPac countries over the coming months.

What does pop-up space leasing mean?
This term refers to the temporary, casual, or short-term renting of a physical site for a promotion - usually a space without walls demarcated in the open-mall part of a shopping centre, a small demarcated area within an existing retail shop, or the temporary use of a vacant shop. Other advertising mediums, such as posters and hoardings, will be added to the system soon.

Which types of promoters use pop-ups spaces?
Big brands - to launch, sample or give-away, test a new idea, or demonstrate how a product works
Retailers - to sell-off excess stock, book a unique presence for a special occasion (eg. Christmas); test a new location, or promote something different from their usual offer
Small businesses close to a specific shopping centre location - to source new leads and meet local potential clients, eg. home-care operators such as plumbers, tilers etc.
Online retailers/brands wanting an offline presence for short period of time or for a special promotion
Start-ups wanting to test a concept, new product, a target market, or a location

How does it work
Bookers are businesses or brands looking for short-term space rentals for a pop-up promotion. A potential booker registers and sets up their search criteria such as price, location, facilities, size, and dates.
